The Betta Mahachaiensis is a rare and endangered wild Betta species native to Thailand, highly sought after for its unique iridescent green and blue scales over a dark brown-to-black body. Males display two vertical green-blue bars on the operculum and grow to 2–3 inches (5–6 cm).
