🚚 Shipping Policy: Aquatic Plants and Fish

We are committed to the safe and timely delivery of your aquatic products. Please note that processing and shipping schedules vary significantly based on whether your order contains live fish or plants.

1. General Shipping Guidelines (For Plants and Non-Fish Items)

These guidelines apply to plant-only orders and general dry goods.

A. πŸ™οΈ Orders within Bengaluru (Local)

Processing Time: 24–72 hours (1–3 days) for general order preparation.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST cannot be shipped the same day.

Delivery: Handled by logistics partners and delivered on the same day they are shipped (excluding fish, which have a specific Sunday schedule). Specific delivery timing is outside of our control.

B. πŸ—ΊοΈ Orders Outside Bengaluru (Rest of India)

Shipping Days: Shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST on Tuesday can only ship the following week.

Processing Delay: Orders can ship only 48 hours AFTER payment is successfully completed.

Shipping Fee Selection: Crucial: You must select the correct 'Out of Bengaluru' shipping rate. Incorrect selection will place your order on hold until payment is corrected, causing significant delay.

2. Shipping Schedule for Live Fish (All India)

This strict schedule applies only to orders containing live fish:

Bengaluru (Local) Delivered only on Sundays Home delivery is provided on this designated day.
Out of Bengaluru (Rest of India) Shipped only on Monday ,Tuesday & Wednesday This schedule minimizes transit time and logistics risks.


3. Fish Delivery Notes (Out of Bengaluru):

Coverage: 90% of locations are covered by home delivery.

Pickup Requirement: For the remaining locations, collection from the nearest courier pickup point in your city will be required.

Shipping Fee Selection: Crucial: You must select the correct 'Out of Bengaluru' shipping rate. Incorrect selection will place your order on hold until payment is corrected, causing significant delay.

4. Preparation and Processing

Quarantine for Fish: All live fish require a mandatory 3–4 day quarantine period before shipping to ensure health. For this reason, fish orders cannot be dispatched the day after the order is placed.

Stock Verification: Due to order volume, it may take up to 36 hours to verify stock availability after your order is placed.
