We are committed to the safe and timely delivery of your aquatic products. Please note that processing and shipping schedules vary significantly based on whether your order contains plants.

1. General Shipping Guidelines (For Plants and Non-Items)

These guidelines apply to plant-only orders and general dry goods.

A. 🏙️ Orders within Bengaluru (Local)

Processing Time: 24–72 hours (1–3 days) for general order preparation.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST cannot be shipped the same day.

Delivery: Handled by logistics partners and delivered on the same day they are shipped (excluding , which have a specific Sunday schedule). Specific delivery timing is outside of our control.

B. 🗺️ Orders Outside Bengaluru (Rest of India)

Shipping Days: Shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST on Tuesday can only ship the following week.

Processing Delay: Orders can ship only 48 hours AFTER payment is successfully completed.

Transit Time: Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 2 business days once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Fee Selection: Crucial: You must select the correct 'Out of Bengaluru' shipping rate. Incorrect selection will place your order on hold until payment is corrected, causing significant delay.
